We are sure you will be very happy with your purchases, but if you are not, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund. The goods must be in pristine condition, and still in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning goods. Any refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order. Regrettably, we cannot refund the following items:
All shipping/handling costs are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part or the goods are defective. If goods returned to us are damaged in transit, then we cannot issue a refund - please ensure goods are suitably packaged to avoid this.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not use the item.
