When you place your order on the Sugar & Spice website you will be asked to confirm that you accept our terms and conditions laid out here.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received and accepted your order. Please note that if there has been a mistake in pricing or delivery costs that would have been obvious to the customer, we reserve the right to request additional payment for the correct amount or cancel the order.
We aim to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible, normally within 48 hour from shipped notice. Orders received before 3pm will be packaged ready for collection by our delivery company on the same working day. Orders received after 3pm will be collected by our delivery company on the following working day. Customers will normally receive their order two working days after collection from ourselves but this may, in exceptional circumstances, take up to 3 working days. We will send you an email when your order has left our premises. Please bear these timescales in mind before contacting us about non-delivery. Should you opt for our Royal Mail delivery, no tracking facilities exist and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
Please note "2-3 days" "Next Day" "48 hour" "24 hour" or "Next Working Day" does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays.
As we use external parcel carriers we cannot be held responsible for any delays or non delivery they incur in the delivery of the products ordered.
All delivery dates offered are entered into in good faith but cannot be guaranteed. It is our recommendation that no work should be undertaken until the goods have arrived.

Our order and payment processes are fully secured using a 128-bit encryption payment gateway provided by SagePay (formerly Protx), who handle over 4 billion transactions for the UK market each year. Customers may pay by credit/debit card. If you wish to use an existing PayPal account we are also able to accept payment using this method, which is presented as an option during checkout.
Placing an order with Sugar & Spice is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. Under the distance selling regulations, if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund of the original goods purchased. Your cancellation rights expire 7 days after receipt of the goods. The distance selling regulations (www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm) provide further information regarding your cancellation rights. Deemed delivery date will be 2 working days from date of posting. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing or via email using the contact information on this website.
Goods returned due to cancellation must be complete with any original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition, i.e. not damaged, stained or used. The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods to Sugar & Spice and will issue a full refund for the original goods purchased.
You may return a product, at your expense, for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery and we promise to give you a refund, excluding any delivery charges, unless you cancel your order within 7 days following the date of delivery of the product, in which case we will also refund the delivery charge. After 30 days we reserve the right to deduct a 15% restocking fee from any refunds.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
